Nothing moves until a person says yes
Review each suggestion with its source attached. Fix the owner, date or project, then approve it in one click. Reject the noise.
You read the email next to the suggestion. Sam is out this week, so you change the owner to Priya and approve.
Keep the board current without chasing status
When a thread moves a date or changes an owner, Jen suggests the update. Two-way Jira sync keeps Jira in step too.
Send the revised quote is in To do, owned by Priya, due Friday. If the project is linked to Jira, the issue is there too. When the client writes “Can we make it Monday?”, Jen suggests the new date.
