Jensi turned our email chaos into execution in the first week. We stopped losing requests in threads and our clients noticed the difference immediately.

The update drafting alone saved our PM team hours every sprint. We now review instead of rewrite. Our delivery leads finally have time to actually lead.

Problem

Your board is only as current as the last person who cleaned it up

The tracker only becomes useful after someone manually translates conversations into tasks and updates.

AgenciesPMsInternal service teams
01

Requests disappear in threads

Asks start as a Slack reply, an email, or a meeting aside — by ticket time, the source is already buried.

02

Boards lag behind the real work

Decisions happen in conversation; the tracker catches up later, leaving PMs to reconcile what was asked against what the board shows.

03

Status updates become a second job

Client notes and weekly summaries get rebuilt from memory — the work happened once, but someone still retells it from scratch.

A review queue your team can trust

Every suggestion shows where it came from, what Jensi extracted, and what still needs your approval before the board changes.

How it works

From scattered ask to approved task

Four steps take a request from wherever it landed to a trustworthy update, no manual reconciling in between.

01Catch the ask

Catch it where it happens

Forward an email, tag Jensi in Slack, or connect a meeting — the original message stays attached to the task.

Why teams trust it

Humans stay in the loop

Jensi keeps the request, source, and approval state together, so nothing reaches your board without a person signing off.

Source stays attached

Every suggestion links back to the Slack thread, email, or meeting it came from.

Nothing ships without review

A person approves, edits, or rejects before anything becomes tracked work.

Weak signals stay visible

Low-confidence asks surface as FYIs instead of silently turning into tasks.

History is auditable

Who asked, who approved, and what changed stays on the record.

Questions before trusting AI with intake

Want to talk through your workflow? Reach out

No. Jensi creates suggestions first. Your team can approve, edit, reject, or leave low-signal items as FYIs before anything becomes tracked work.

Yes. The default workflow keeps humans in the loop: every suggested task includes the source, extracted fields, and approval state. You can route trusted sources more automatically later, once the pattern is reliable.

Reviewers can edit the owner, due date, project, title, and description before approval. The original Slack thread, email, or meeting context stays attached so mistakes are easy to catch.

Not by default. Jensi sits upstream of the tracker: it captures requests, proposes work for review, keeps the source attached, and drafts updates. Teams can use Jensi's workspace directly today. External sync for Jira, Linear, and Asana is coming soon and is labeled that way on this page.

Jensi supports request capture from Slack and Gmail/email, plus automatic capture of meeting notes from notetaker emails (Fireflies, Otter, Fathom, Gemini, and others) landing in Gmail, and an internal workspace for suggestions, approvals, tasks, activity history, and update drafting. Zoom capture and work sync into Jira, Linear, Asana, GitHub, and Notion are coming soon.

Jensi proposes structured work with the source attached. A human can approve, reject, or edit the suggestion before it becomes tracked work. Accepted work can then be used for board movement and stakeholder update drafts.

Meeting note tools usually summarize one meeting. Jensi connects the request to execution: it extracts work, asks for approval, keeps the source attached, updates the board, and drafts stakeholder updates from what changed afterward.

Most PM-tool AI starts inside an existing ticket. Jensi starts where work actually arrives: Slack, email, and meetings. It captures the request before it becomes a ticket, keeps the source attached, and preserves the approval history through delivery.

Yes. The original source, extracted fields, approval state, and later changes are kept together so teams can inspect why a task or update exists.

Yes. The Free plan lets you test Jensi on one project with no credit card required. Upgrade when you need team approvals, longer source history, update drafting, or admin controls.
